Ordóñez Leads Stoplights to 9-6 Win Over Joes
The Bad Axe Stoplights defeated the Saginaw Joes, 9-6, at Old Growth Forest. Bad Axe was led by 25-year old left fielder Propercio Ordóñez, who was 3-5 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. The Stoplights now have a record of 37-46.

Bad Axe used the clutch hitting of Rafael Osuna to capture the win. The first baseman drilled a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to give the Stoplights the lead, 5-1. For the game, Osuna had 1 single and 1 double in 3 at-bats.

"We'll try to build on that win," Osuna told the Bad Axe Daily News.
