Medina Bewilders Rapids in 3-0 Shutout
In an outstanding mound performance, Duluth Zeniths starter Constancio Medina fired a complete-game shutout against the Sault St. Marie Rapids at Rapids Park, But Better.

Medina was the key to the 3-0 Duluth win. The 27-year-old right-hander was in high spirits for much of the game, his mood largely unfazed by the 7 hits and 3 walks he allowed.

"7 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter, as long as it was a shutout."

In 24 starts this season, Medina has recorded a 10-11 record and a 3.28 ERA.
