Harbourmasters Win Streak Now at 10 After 2-1 Victory

The Galway Harbourmasters just keep winning.
Vladik Ofitserov pitched a gem to lead Galway to victory over the Cork Salmon, 2-1. Ofitserov picked up the win for Galway, going 8.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 8 hits. He now sports a record of 24-7.
The win was a team effort for Galway. Shortstop Jesús Gallegos was among the key contributors. In the bottom of the third, he put his team in front, 2-1, when he hit a 2-run single.
"We found a way to win tonight," Gallegos said.
The Harbourmasters, now 90-39, have won 10 in a row.
