The Traffic Jam was the site of quite a ballgame.

In the 6-5 Bad Axe win over Mackinac Island, the impact of Simon Allen was substantial. Allen, who is tied for 9th in the WGLA in hits with 139, was 4-4 with 4 singles. The Stoplights now have a record of 61-67 with the win over Mackinac Island.

Danny Reed was the walk-off hero for Bad Axe. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Stoplights pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place sure got loud," said Tomás Díaz, the Bad Axe manager.
