Martín García did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Florida Estribaciones from being beaten, 7-4, to the Barceloneta Guardiamarinas at Parquecito de Barceloneta. The Guardiamarinas got an important contribution from designated hitter Fermín Ornelas, who in the bottom of the third hit a fastball to left for a 2-run double. It was his 8th double of the season and put the Guardiamarinas ahead, 6-2.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Ornelas told the Barceloneta Times.
