The Orocovis Behiques and Caguas Ruidosos completed their game despite the inclement weather.
Silvio Henning was a major contributor to the 6-2 Orocovis win over Caguas. The Behiques designated hitter was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Mateo Cortés earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits in 3.2 innings. His record is now 2-1.
Ferdinand Dias found himself in a pressure situation in the top of the eighth. Facing Caguas hurler Jack McPhee, the 19-year-old third baseman reached on an error by the SS, driving in 1 run. His 27th RBI of the season put the Behiques on top, 2-1.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Dias. "And not try to do too much."
