Jiménez gave up 6 hits, struck out 10, and walked 1. In the postgame press conference, the right-hander was reluctant to talk about the outing at length.
"It was a nice win in a long season," he said. "I don't want to dwell too much on it."
His record this year is 7-8 in 19 starts and Jiménez has a 2.25 ERA.
