Comesopas Walk It Off for 47th Win of Season
Despite a mediocre performance by starting pitcher Jesús Arche, the Ceiba Comesopas beat the Fajardo Camorristas at Parquecito de Ceiba. It took them 13 innings to win the game, 7-6. Ceiba pitcher Alejo Campos earned the win, hiking his record to 2-0. Mateo Tafoya suffered the loss. Ceiba is now 47-33. Fajardo is 39-39.

The Comesopas procured the win, in large part because of first baseman José Jaramillo. In the bottom of the 13th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"This game tested our mettle," said Jaramillo.
