Quebradillas Triumphs with Late Surge
The Quebradillas Escondidos topped the Lares Gritantes, 6-5, in Liga Mariana Bracetti action at Parquecito de Quebradillas. The game was highlighted by the performance of Quebradillas pitcher Ricardo Montalvo. With the win, Quebradillas has a record of 47-34. Lares falls to 50-31.

Quebradillas took a 6-5 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning, when Ticiano Cárdenas hit a clutch grand slam home run to bring Escondidos fans to their feet.

"The bar for us is not a particular opponent, it's ourselves," said Quebradillas manager Amílcar Lozano.
