Olivares Shackles Aibonito in 2-1 Conmutadores Win
In a tension-filled contest between the Arroyo Conmutadores and the Aibonito Limbers, pitcher Jaime Olivares was superb. The Arroyo left-hander, who is tied for 6th in the LJP in strikeouts with 209, spearheaded his team's 2-1 win. The win puts the Conmutadores at 45-35, while the Limbers drop to 38-44.

Olivares pitched a complete game for Arroyo. The left-hander, who calls Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, his home, racked up 10 Ks, while allowing just 2 hits. Limbers hitters could not touch his knuckle curve -- nor any other pitch, for that matter.

"Jaime threw a phenomenal game," said Arroyo manager Mateo Martínez.
