Aguaceros second baseman Vicente Ponce left his mark on his team's 6-4 win over the Salinas Olimpicos. Ponce was 3 for 4 with a home run and a triple, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Humacao in the contest. Humacao has now won 5 games in a row.

Ponce had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 0-1 fastball from Luciano Valentín, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Aguaceros a 6-4 lead. It was the 16th home run of the year for Ponce.

"I felt good about my swing," said Ponce.
