The Ceiba Comesopas went home winners at Parquecito de Ceiba, thanks in large part to starter Hidenori Saito. Saito stifled the Fajardo Camorristas, enabling Ceiba to grab the 2-1 win. Ángel Alfaro earned the save, his 10th. The Camorristas, at 49-36, have lost 6 in a row.

The Comesopas got a gift in the bottom of the fourth inning, when they were leading 1-0. With two out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, Luis García reached on an error by the 1B, driving in 1 run. It made the score 2-0, Ceiba.
