A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Maracay Jardineros and Valencia Industriales.

The Maracay Jardineros received a sterling performance from starting pitcher Patroclo Zaragoza, allowing them to shoot down the Valencia Industriales, 1-0. Jonás Corona, who led the LO in wins with 21 in 1909, earned the save for Maracay.
