Baltasar Santos made an impact in the 8-7 Angostura win over Caracas. Santos, who is a six-time All-Star, was 2-3 with 2 singles and 2 walks. He scored 3 runs. Alfie Fraser closed it out for his 2nd save.

Cristino Herrera broke a 7-7 tie in the bottom of the eighth with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It put the Amargados in front, 8-7. For the game, Herrera was 3-4 with a triple and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
