Ramírez, North Stars Sink Draveurs Again in Game 3
Riding the 2-hit performance of third baseman Amado Ramírez, the Thessalon North Stars got a road win against the Gatineau Draveurs, 6-4, in Game 3 of the National Championship of Canada. Ramírez went 2-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for the North Stars, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 3 games to 0.

Ramírez got the North Stars off to a quick start. In the top of the first, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a 2-run double.

"If you think about it, you're working your whole career to be in position to get a clutch hit or make a clutch play in the National Championship of Canada," Ramírez said after the game. "That's what everything boils down to."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Ballpark of Gatineau in Gatineau.
