The London Fog got a strong performance from pitcher Braulio Paredes, who stymied the visiting Bangor Bishops en route to a win, 5-1, in Game 2 of the Baseball Federation Series. The Bishops could never get a bead on the right-handed Paredes, who threw 7.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The Fog now hold a 2-0 in the best-of-7 series.

The tide might have turned in the top of the sixth, had not Braulio Paredes made a big pitch. With runners on 1st and 2nd and the Bishops trailing 4-1, he retired Hormisdas Reynoso when the Bangor second baseman hit into a double play.

Game 3 is scheduled for Monday at Bishops Fields in Bangor.
