Galanes Suffer 7-4 Loss to Libertadores
|
Behind the hitting of Martín Flores, the Guanajuato Libertadores stopped the Culiacan Galanes, 7-4. Flores went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Libertadores. With the loss, Culiacan drops to 5-5.
With Guanajuato leading 2-0 in the bottom of the second, Flores came up to bat against Culiacan pitcher Álvaro Rivera. Flores hit a slider to right for a 3-run home run. His 1st home run of the season put the Libertadores on top, 5-0.
