Libertadores Get Extra-Inning, 2-1 Win
The Guanajuato Libertadores relied on a great performance from Adán Acosta, who finished 3rd in the LN in strikeouts with 179 in 1904, to beat the Ciudad Juarez Nortenos, 2-1, in 12 innings at Parque de la Libertad. Guanajuato has a record of 25-27, placing them 9th in the Norte.

The Libertadores relied on pitcher Príamo Flores for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the 12th, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.

"Great to get the crowd on its feet," Flores said.
