Late Offense Lifts Durango to 5-4 Victory
Estadio de Durango was rocking after an exciting Alacranes win.

Durango center fielder Menelao Ayala picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Guanajuato Libertadores, 5-4, in 10 innings. The 'W' lifts Durango's record to 36-28.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With one out, Ayala hit a sinker from Luis García for a run-scoring single. The Alacranes, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," Ayala said.
