Morrigan Moore, who is tied for 9th in the LS in complete games with 7, was terrific for the Acapulco Aztecas in his team's 2-1 triumph over the Toluca Chorizos. His performance earned Moore rave reviews. The winning pitcher was Moore, now 7-11. He tossed 7.1 innings of 3-hit ball, while walking 5 and fanning 5. At 38-54, Acapulco is in 10th place in the Sur.

Pascual Flores was 1 for 3 for Acapulco. The 29-year old second baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the third. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Cristóbal Romero. It was his 26th RBI of the season.

"There are times you get yourself out and there are times you come through," Flores said. "That's how it goes."
