The Oaxaca Zapotecos and Hidalgo Cornicos completed their game despite the rain.

Oaxaca pitcher Jesús Moreno had a large part in his team subduing the Hidalgo Cornicos, 2-1. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. Moreno, now 1-2, was the winner. In 5 innings, he gave up no hits, while striking out 0, walking 4, and allowing 1 run.
