Losing Trend Continues for Durango
The Coahuila Carboneros dumped the Durango Alacranes, 8-2, in large part due to first baseman Raúl Echevarría. On the day, Echevarría was 2 for 4 with a double and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 3 for the Carboneros. Ricardo Espinosa got the win, improving to 13-6. He held the Alacranes to 2 runs on 6 hits over 7 innings, while striking out 1 and walking 0.
