The Toluca Chorizos had to overcome a good performance from Michoacan pitcher Tomás Rangel to claim a 3-2 win at Campo Municipal de Morelia. Rangel went 8 innings and allowed 3 runs. Toluca, at 67-55, sits in third place in the Sur.
Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Cresencio Mora? The Toluca third baseman had a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning to put the Chorizos on top, 3-1. For the game, Mora had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
