The Puebla Mosqueteros and Chetumal Mayas played an entertaining game for Estadio Municipal de Puebla patrons.

Puebla Mosqueteros starter Benjamín Cedillo pitched a strong game against the Chetumal Mayas at Estadio Municipal de Puebla, leading the Mosqueteros to victory, 5-4. Cedillo picked up the win for Puebla, going 8 innings. He gave up 4 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 5-2. Noé Muñiz converted his 3rd save in 3 tries.

Had Jim Kean not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 3rd, Kean hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 5-4, in favor of the Mosqueteros.
