Cadavers Rally to Eke Out Win
Amadeo Zúñiga pitched a gem to lead San Marcos to victory over the Waco Mammoths, 2-1, in 10 innings. Morgan Clarke, 1-0, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. The loss makes Waco 8-14.

San Marcos used the timely hitting of Niven Hayes to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Cadavers on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We came out on top and that's all I can ask for," said Zúñiga.
