Due in large part to designated hitter Bernardino Polandi, the Swansea Copper Lords sunk the Bangor Bishops, 8-7. Polandi went 4-6 with a triple, 3 singles, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Charles Tamarii notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 3.2 innings. His record now sits at 7-2. The setback makes Bangor 18-14.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the 13th. With Swansea trailing 7-6, Polandi hit a changeup from Natán Quintanar for a 2-run triple. In the blink of an eye, the Copper Lords had a walk-off win.

"There's a lot in this game you can't control. Just take what the game gives you. I was just doing my best to help the team win," Polandi told the Swansea Gazette.
