Olympians Beat Highwaymen, 5-2, at Olympians Ballpark
The Tempe Olympians locked up a win at Olympians Ballpark, knocking off the Tucson Highwaymen, 5-2. On the mound for Tempe was right-hander Bonifacio Martínez. He played a major role in the triumph. Martínez picked up the win for Tempe, going 8 innings. He gave up 1 run on 8 hits. He now sports a record of 7-4. The first-place Olympians are 25-17.

Ángel Sotelo helped out the Tempe cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the third baseman drove in one run.
