The Dundee Websters and Edinburgh Claymores lit up the scoreboard.

In a high-scoring contest between Dundee and Edinburgh, center fielder Josh Webster was a difference-maker. Webster distinguished himself in the 10-8 Dundee win. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 times. Dundee reliever Almandeto Cruz picked up the win, upping his record to 3-1. Fernando García absorbed the loss.

In the bottom of the seventh, Dundee pinch hitter Andrew Dick gave his team the lead. With two out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Crawdad hit his 2nd home run of the year. Edinburgh pitcher Fernando García surrendered it. With that, the Websters jumped in front, 9-7.

Websters manager Albert Flynn wasn't all too pleased, despite the win, telling reporters that the performance highlighted some clear areas for improvement moving forward. He refused to be more specific, however. "I'm not gonna publicize our weaknesses," he said. "That stuff stays in the clubhouse."

Dundee, at 19-22, holds down 4th place in the Baseball Federation of Scotland & Ireland Lig Ball-steidhe na h-Alba.
