Websters Use Late Surge to Win
Websters Stadium played host to some high drama.

The Dundee Websters racked up a win at Websters Stadium, bumping off the Glasgow Shipwrights, 6-4, in 10 innings. Louie Rogers, who started for Dundee, pitched effectively for his team. Dundee reliever Charles Houston was the winner. His record is now 1-1. The losing pitcher was Hefesto Gallego.

The decisive moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Dundee. That's when José González hit a 2-run home run off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Hefesto Gallego to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"We need to string a few more wins like this one together," said González.

The defeat makes Glasgow 31-24.
