Wet weather did not postpone the Cork-Limerick ballgame.

No one was more impactful than Luis Medina in the 10-3 Cork win over Limerick. Medina, who leads the BFS&I in stolen bases with 48, was 3 for 3 with a double and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Picking up the win was Billy Clarke. He went 8.2 innings, allowing 3 runs on 11 hits. The left--hander struck out 4 and walked 2.
