Despite a great performance by Wrexham catcher Atanasio Velásquez, the Bangor Bishops defeated the Druids by the score of 7-5 at Druids Park. Velásquez was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Ricardo Márquez, who is tied for 2nd in the BFE&W in innings pitched with 166.1, was the winner. He's now 11-7. The loser was Abdías Rodríguez.
