Led by an outstanding performance from starter Ángel Moreno, the London Fog topped the Coventry Motors by a score of 7-1 at Motors Grounds. The 26-year-old Moreno brought his top game to the mound, striking out 16 batters while allowing 4 hits and giving up 1 walk.

"He made a lot of good pitches out there," Motors manager Santiago Alcalá said. "He made some of our guys look bad. We didn't help matters, but we really have to give him credit -- he didn't make many mistakes."
