Malual Fires Shutout in Finos Victory
|
"That was one of my best outings," said Rombek Malual. "I was worried a lot in the bullpen. My ball wasn't quite right. Luckily, it can be two different worlds -- the bullpen and the game. Once I stepped on the field, it all fell into place."
It was an impressive start for the Finos hurler. He blanked the Killer Cacti, 2-0, on a strong 2-hitter while ringing up 8 strikeouts and doling out 4 walks.
To date this season, Malual sports a 10-13 mark with a 3.46 ERA in 26 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .250 batting average and has 152 strikeouts in 205.2 innings.
