Gardener Lifts North Stars to 6-4 Triumph
The Thessalon North Stars beat the Thunder Bay Sleeping Giants, 6-4, at Thunder Bay Grounds. The North Stars got a fine performance from third baseman Max Gardener, who was 4 for 4 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The win gives the North Stars a record of 14-6.
