Serrano Tops Merida, 7-5, for 200th Win Saturday, August 8th , 1914 It was a special day at Parque de los Trovadores for Toluca's Palamedes Serrano. The Chorizos ace logged his 200th career win against the Trovadores. In the 7-5 decision Serrano tossed 8 innings, surrendered 10 hits with 2 walks and 3 strikeouts. "I'm real fortunate that I had the opportunity to play with such good players during my career," said Serrano. "I just couldn't have drawn it up any better. I'm glad I did it in this uniform, too. Toluca is a great organization to play for." In his career, Serrano has a record of 200 wins and 188 losses and a 2.79 ERA. He has struck out 1378 in 3676.2 innings.
