Newburyport Won't Make Playoffs Friday, August 7th , 1914 The Newburyport Deep Ones will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 1914 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Newburyport was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. The Deep Ones are still searching for their first playoff appearance. They haven't made the playoffs in all 12 years of their history. |
