Regalado Stops Alpena Cold, 6-0 Friday, September 4th , 1914 In an outstanding outing, Mackinac Island Stone Skippers starter Mateo Regalado tamed the Alpena Partridges with a 10-hit shutout at Bouncy House. The Mackinac Island hurler went the distance, finishing with 10 strikeouts and 1 walk in the 6-0 win. "He had a lot of first-pitch strikes and kept us off balance with a lot of off-speed stuff," according to Alpena manager Oscar Naranjo. "We just didn't get too many balls squared up today."
