Johnson Superb Against Juncos Monday, September 7th , 1914 The Trujillo Alto Arrecostaos did little to support starter Haley Johnson against the Juncos Chiringas, but it turned out he didn't need the help. The right-hander spun a complete game shutout against the Chiringas, striking out 8 and surrendering 4 hits. The performance from Johnson allowed Trujillo Alto to escape with the 3-0 win, despite an anemic offense. "Nobody came to me and said, 'Haley, we're gonna need you to win this one for us today,' but I could feel it," Johnson told BNN reporters following the win.
