Ticiano Castillo testing the waters at LF Tuesday, October 27th , 1914 Ticiano Castillo is gearing up for a new role this season, transitioning from his usual position to LF for the Maturin Petroleros. With the team looking for depth here, it's possible that he finds his way to Maturin Petroleros during the season. At the very least, it gives the Maturin Petroleros more options to work with in case of injuries. "It's been a big adjustment, but I’m ready for the challenge," Ticiano Castillo said. "I've been putting in the extra work, learning the ins and outs of LF, and trying to contribute however I can." The move has already shown promise, as Ticiano Castillo quickly adapts to the new demands of the position. The Maturin Petroleros coaching staff has been impressed with the ease at which he was able to learn the new position. "He's looked like a natural LF and we're all very excited," one staff member said. As the season unfolds, fans will be excited to see how Ticiano Castillo continues to grow. |
