Rio Grande third baseman Evandro Bravo picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Arroyo Telegrafistas, 8-7. With the win, Rio Grande climbs to 2-2.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, an error by the Telegrafistas allowed the Cotorras to score the winning run.

"The crowd went wild," Bravo said.
