Though the conditions were not ideal, the Comerio Guabaleros and Maricao Cafeteros came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

Comerio Guabaleros pitcher Urbano Reyna was in fine form, leading his team past the Maricao Cafeteros, 7-0. Comerio reliever Felipe Hernández was the winner. His record is now 3-0. The losing pitcher was Héctor Gutiérrez.

Turlough Ureña hit a run-scoring triple off Héctor Gutiérrez in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Guabaleros in front, 1-0. Ureña had 2 singles, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 3 for 4.
