Tumbabrazos Come Up Short at Anasco, 3-2
Lennon Robertson pitched well enough to win, but it was not to be. The Carolina Tumbabrazos, despite Robertson's fine outing, dropped a 3-2 decision to the Anasco Matadioses at Estadio Noé Martínez. The Matadioses now have a record of 65-76 with the win over Carolina.

Mauro Alcántara came through for Anasco when he hit a run-scoring single in the bottom of the seventh. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a two-strike fastball to left-center field, staking his team to a 3-2 lead.

Alcántara attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
