The San Lorenzo Leyendas topped the Quebradillas Corsarios, 5-1, in Liga Hostos action at La Guarida. The standout performance belonged to San Lorenzo pitcher and Montreal, Canada, native Corey Lang. Lang, now 3-7, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 2, walking 4, and allowing 1 run. The Leyendas, at 45-101, sit in third place in the Liga Hostos Valle del Turabo.
Left Fielder Rufino Cadena made an impact for San Lorenzo, when he swatted a run-scoring triple off Adrián Bobadilla in the top of the third. For the contest, Cadena went 1 for 5 with a triple. He scored 2 runs.
