Matadioses Need Extra Frames to Get Past Tortugas
The Anasco Matadioses faced a tenacious opponent in Culebra pitcher Marcos González, but still scratched out a win at El Recóndito by a final score of 5-3 in 14 innings. González went 11.2 innings and allowed 2 runs. The win was credited to Fernando López in relief. His record improves to 16-10. Premislao Soriano took the loss.
