Dedicated fans weathered the storm to watch their beloved Milagrosos beat the Tortugas.

The Culebra Tortugas got a superb performance from pitcher Luis del Orbe, but the Humacao Milagrosos still won the game, 2-1. del Orbe threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball. Miguel Torres notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. His record now sits at 5-6.

The game-ending blow was delivered by Darío Morales in the bottom of the tenth. That's when he hit a run-scoring double off 27-year old left-handed pitcher Prudencio Flores to win it for Humacao and cause the home crowd to erupt in celebration.

"You need to show up when your number's called," said Morales.

With the win, the Milagrosos improved to 70-95.
