Herradones Thrill Fans with 6-5 Win
The Bayamon Herradones picked up a win at Parquecito de Bayamón, topping the Toa Baja Tordos, 6-5. On the mound for Bayamon was right-hander Quinto Montoya. He played a principal role in the triumph. Diego Conde, now 2-0, was credited with the win in 2 innings of relief. He allowed 2 runs on 3 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 1. The 5th-place Herradones lifted their record to 23-18.

Saúl Ontiveros was the walk-off hero for Bayamon. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Herradones first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
