It was a parade of hits for Wenceslao Nandiño of the Barceloneta Guardiamarinas at Parquecito de Barceloneta.
Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Nandiño finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Guardiamarinas to a win, 24-0.
"Nandiño was really good and we were really bad," groaned Tordos manager Larry Muir. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
