Fans who congregated at Parque de los Menestrales were treated to extra-inning drama.

The Guayama Hechiceros picked up a win at Parque de los Menestrales, dropping the Las Piedras Menestrales, 8-3, in 12 innings. Héctor Marroquín, who is tied for 10th in the LH in complete games with 10, was the difference-maker. Guayama, with the win, climbs to 17-33.

Guayama used the timely hitting of Belasco Collado to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the 12th inning to put the Hechiceros on top, 5-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"I like our resilience," said Collado.
