Gerardo Domínguez went the distance at The Rosebush to drag the Irondequoit Peach Kings back to parity with the Mentor Rose Stockings. The left-handed Domínguez needed 113 pitches to get through the complete game effort, which the Peach Kings won, 4-2. The clubs are now tied 1-1 in the best-of-7 series.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Isidoro Ruiz? The Irondequoit left fielder had a run-scoring double in the top of the third inning to put the Peach Kings on top, 1-0. For the game, Ruiz had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"It was a good effort all around," said Ruiz.
