Fans watched the Rincon Ingenieros and the Humacao Milagrosos fight to the finish.

Rincon parlayed a decent outing from starter Pascual García into a solid win over the Humacao Milagrosos. The final score was 5-4. Julio Sánchez picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-1. Roano Tapia was tagged with the loss.

Rincon used the timely hitting of Mario Tapia to seize the win. The catcher stroked a 2-run single in the top of the 11th inning to put the Ingenieros on top, 5-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," García told the Rincon Chronicle.

With the win, Rincon raised its record to 34-28.
